24 hour Iphone duo review:
- maybe more novelty than utility
- battery is on 17% at 4:30pm and i can’t think of what’s drained it. below avg use today
- feels best without a case. but a case with a kickstand is the best way to watch shit on big screen with it standing up.
3rd party case I got is too bulky…
heavy and big to hold while closed (maybe i have child sized hands)
- makes you want to consume more, because big screen. not necessarily great
- split view is cool for 2 apps side by side, but more novel than useful
- touch ID sucks. face ID 4 lyfe
- 17 pro is way easier everyday carry, but haven’t done extended time without case so maybe that’s the issue. def feels more vulnerable without case tho
- feels a bit odd to have 2 different screen finishes between open and closed. maybe solved by having matte screen protect on outer screen
- jury’s out
let’s get our boy the bag

"You need a professional zoom background to close sales"
@AlexHormozi doing $30M+/yr:
Was on a call with a G yesterday.
He had his camera on.
Behind him... just a blank white wall.
Nothing else.
Just... white.
At the end of the call, I told him: "Fix your Zoom background before your next sales call."
He looked confused.
"What's wrong with it?"
"You look like you're calling from a hospital waiting room."
Your Zoom background communicates credibility.
Blank wall = no social proof.
Compare that to:
Background with books on a shelf.
Awards on the wall.
A whiteboard with strategy notes.
Plants.
Art.
Anything that signals "this person has their shit together."
Subconscious cues matter.
You can say all the right words.
But if your environment screams "amateur"...
Your prospect's lizard brain is whispering: "This guy's probably broke."
Same thing with lighting.
Same thing with audio quality.
Same thing with how you dress.
People think sales is about what you say.
Sales is about what you communicate.
And you're communicating through every detail.
Your background.
Your tone.
Your energy.
The 3-second pause before you answer.
All of it.
Stop thinking your words are the only thing that matters.
Everything matters.

New fav daily rhythm... Play @levelsio plane game for 10-15 mins. Top the charts. Log off.
And give myself the illusion I accomplished something deeply meaningful for the day 🫡
(Fun game btw. fly.pieter.com/)
@levelsio does the leaderboard have any bugs?
Sometimes I see other people with kills & deaths logged, and othertimes I can only see mine.
Also, I vote for an all time leaderboard - will keep people engaged for much longer if we're battling it out for the GOAT spot
4 years ago I asked @AlexHormozi why he thought so many entrepreneurs did 75 hard.
he said... "Most people mistake difficulty for progress"
And I think about that
ALL. THE. TIME.
Underrated productivity tip:
understand your energy levels shift throughout the day.
everyone’s cycles are different - and often change with the seasons.
schedule creative & deep-work when energy is highest
schedule the BS admin work when your energy is lowest.
there is no one routine.
it’s 100% a game of finding what works for you.
which is why most people are broke…
because they’re borrowing huberman-clone-427’s bEsT dAiLY rOuTinE EvA and wondering why they can’t move the needle
absolutely goated morning stack.
s/o @NoahRyanCo for getting me on that fruit till noon flow
The secret to easily selling without sales calls...
...is being good at marketing.
The secret to being good at marketing..
...is having a good offer worth marketing.
And the secret to having a good offer
...is being ACTUALLY good at what you do.
All roads led to the same place.
You can steal the funnel.
You can fake confidence.
but you can't fake mastery.
if you're an entrepreneur - a creator - you're going to suck at most of life.
You were never meant to thrive in today's environment.
it's not designed with you in mind.
What makes you world-class in a small pocket of reality,
will inevitably make you completely useless in most others.
Ability to solve big problems and change lives? yes.
Ability to do most everyday normie stuff without ending up in the fetal position? never.
I'd have a better chance at making $10k today, than heading to the grocery store WITH A LIST and actually getting what I'm supposed to.
Stop thinking there's something wrong with you.
And embrace that you're part jedi,
and part retard.
All your flaws are also what make you superhuman.
my effective hourly rate was $1666/hr in 2024
$1.3mil profit.
worked avg of 15 hours week.
The only way you can make great money in your business, without hustling your face off is to…
create leverage.
leverage =
skills + audience + systems
without it, you constantly have to feed the business more of your energy.
with it, everything gets easier 🌊
you don’t need to “jUsT w0Rk hArDeR”. Many of the poorest people on the planet, work harder than all of us.
you need leverage to be doing most of the work for you…
