I pray that I can shut my mouth, open my ears, and open my heart to listen, to learn, and to love all who have suffered and continue to suffer for the color of their skin. You are fearfully and wonderfully made and you are beautiful.

Lamar Jackson is the only player in the NFL that isn't allowed to be injured or recover properly.

I’m not a Ravens fan. I’m a Lamar fan. I was a Lamar fan before he went to Baltimore. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Seems like you problem if that offends you.

Most of us were Ravens fans BEFORE Lamar Jackson, we will be fans AFTER Lamar Jackson. Im a fan of the team and that includes the players as a whole.. But too many fans have a cult following towards ONE player whom you cant criticize or critique AT ALL apparently and ngl its pretty cringe watching all of the mental gymnastics

That’s the problem with college football. It’s more about “brand” than it is about performance. College football is in danger of moving from fun community pride event to “social media influencer” status.

If there were > 10 legitimately elite CFB brands who’d be a value add to the SEC/B1G trapped in the ACC/B12, they’d just go start a new conference. All of this nonsense is predicated on the fact that it’s a small number of stranded brands propping up the illusion of a so-called Power 4.

I think so I actually had one more block too. His first block was called goaltending, but I don’t think it hit the glass before he blocked it.

Not going to find many folks higher on Obinna Ekezie Jr than I am This is man an star on both ends of the floor, making a massive impact both as a rim protector and floor spacer, and archetype very rare to find at any level. Potential #1 pick in June

Watched the ex game on delay and then skimmed through it this AM. Quick thoughts: 1. Shelstad & Ekezie looked phenomenal. Ekezie appears to already be elite as a weak side defender. 2. Team is much deeper, but how do you get minutes for all 3 of Bidunga, Folgueiras, and Ekezie?

Whoops I posted that bit about Knox twice. Oh well. I also had thoughts on Trimble’s overall offensive inefficiency, but his ability to get downhill immediately makes him tremendously valuable regardless.

Last thought: the atmosphere at Phog Allen Fieldhouse was incredible. It didn’t sound like or feel like an exhibition game. Hats off to their fans for that environment. It made the game that much more valuable as an exhibition for both teams.

I’m not surprised that Louisville is in this range. Honestly, I’m surprised that the average roster number is so low….

Week 7 Conference Strength Ratings The Big 12 is coming! The gap to the Big Ten is as tight as it has been in years and closing fast. There is still an elite tier keeping the Big Ten ahead, but we just saw what BYU did to an equivalently rated ND. Look out!

SEC has to be the softest league. You have the most resources and best athletes and all you do is complain about how hard it is. You created this league. That’s on you!

Lane Kiffin believes there is no benefit to playing 9th SEC game “Just teams with more losses, more beat up.” He adds there won’t be any top 10 SEC teams if they can’t take transfers from other SEC teams 🤔

I think ESPN and the SEC genuinely thought, when they grabbed Texas and Oklahoma, that they would have picked up all the other biggest brands and formed it's own separate league by now. The plan hasn't panned out.
