content refresh at Brainlabs used to take 30 days now an agent picks the article, pulls the keywords, writes the brief, drafts it, makes the video..... and a human approves it in Slack before it goes live 30 MINUTES one workflow > a pile of agents Full episode: youtu.be/6d_5wL5cNws

agents don’t build themselves behind every “autonomous” agent is hundreds, maybe thousands of hours of someone’s expertise telling it what to do invest in that properly --> LIFE CHANGING Full episode: youtube.com/watch?v=JFlKeMqz…

I don’t like the term “hallucinate”.... people treat it like a human quirk and give up investigating what actually happened. something specific made it give you that answer figure out what you don’t like about the output and you can FIX it

Consumer agents shopping on your behalf is very FAR FETCHED and there’s so much chatter about it.... Not even me. Why would I let an agent go and buy something on my behalf? Recurring stuff like toilet roll, maybe. Impulse purchases, NO. Heard this before with Google Glass, QR codes on everything and the Alexa that was going to check my fridge and reorder my favourite product 😂 Meanwhile the agents worth talking about are just doing actual stuff: prepping the work for a human to approve.

This guy looks, thinks and speaks like all the Effective Altruism people i had the displeasure of meeting at Oxford. Absolute narcissists that think they know everything and sound so smart but have zero connection with the real world. Peak Midwits. Meanwhile there are definitely important conversations to have about AI safety. Just not with this faker
Former OpenAI and Anthropic researcher Jacob Coxon, who publicly resigned from Anthropic yesterday with a stark warning about AI safety, was interviewed by Anderson Cooper on his show this evening.

A meeting ended at Brainlabs today and half of the actions were already done before anyone even reviewed the meeting notes. That's what we're doing right now using External Claude Agents from @NotionHQ The unlock isn't the model.... It's Notion as the context layer and then Claude acts as the teammate. 🤝🤝 that's why we've been loving these agents so far!!
Introducing External Agents in Notion: Claude + Cursor. Your team already collaborates in Notion. Now your favorite agents do too. Assign them tasks from a board shared with your whole team. @-mention them like teammates. Watch them run.

How do you actually roll out Claude to your org... --> Figure out who at your org is already obsessed w/AI --> Give those users autonomy to experiment --> Launch before it's perfect --> Onboard by DOING, not watching. No one leaves training w/out logging in. --> Track it all!!

Here are the 5 essential lessons that every marketer must learn and apply from the 'debate' between @ProfByron and @markritson at Cannes... You can thank me for saving you hours / years of wasted effort trying to learn the difference between differentiated differences of distincitively distinctive words. And yes, they agreed after much debate that customers need to remember your brand in order for your branding to work. 🤯🤯🤯 Mind-blowing breakthroughs 🤯🤯🤯 . Now, please please, get back to work and use every available minute of your very precious time learning about AI... perhaps the greatest revolution in knowledge work ever. p.s. not a hater but... looking at this pic I'm pretty sure they put the wrong logos next to each speaker. I hope their DBAs are sufficiently distinctive to achieve enough mental availability and penetration to build the memory structures for their entire target audience to differentiate them 😆😆😆

Your knowledge has to live somewhere built for actual work: owners, deadlines, a record of what changed. Build that first. Then point whatever AI you like at it.

Conjecture Institute is honored to announce our newest Gold Donor: Daniel Gilbert! Daniel Gilbert is Founder & CEO of Brainlabs, a 1,000-person media agency he started in 2012 from his parents' attic. The founding thesis: better decisions come from testing ideas against reality, not trusting intuition or consensus. By hiring mathematicians, programmers, and engineers alongside marketers, Brainlabs pioneered an error-correction approach to marketing that earned #1 on the Deloitte Fast50 Tech Track and multiple Agency of the Year awards. Dan is the author of Don't Be a Midwit: How to Learn Good Judgement at Work So That AI Doesn't Replace You. Published with Conjecture Institute and built on Popper and Deutsch, the book covers how to form conjectures, test them honestly, and kill the ones that don't survive contact with reality. It tries to do in one book what most business books split across five: case studies, theory, anecdotes, practical frameworks, and a reading guide. Today his focus is almost entirely on AI implementation. Brainlabs is rebuilding itself as AI-native: not stacking AI on top of how things used to work, but changing how the work gets done. Skills replacing manual steps, agents running complex systems, practitioners moving faster and closer to clients.

Built a FULLY INTERACTIVE South Florida cost of living calculator in thirty minutes. Salary, taxes, rent, groceries.... It's live across the whole org for anyone moving to FL. Very fun to build!

launched my new show Show Me Your AI and the first episode is LIVE!! want to be able to share resources for how you can ACTUALLY build things with AI. Every episode is showing, not just telling how to actually do things. For the first ep, we cover 10 things you can actually do with Claude at Brainlabs right now. I'm talking writing emails that follow your style guide, vibe coding a cost of living calculator from scratch, and auto-sending your manager a weekly summary so say goodbye to time tracking!

I'm loving the AI content on X - has completely changed how I learn. New algorithm is remarkable work. I decided to start posting again but I think I'm throttled. Years ago I ran a sponsored follower campaign on Twitter ads. Got loads of real but useless followers in 2 hours for like $5. Not bots, just dead weight from a dumb ad.... Anyone know how to clean this up without making it worse? Don't think X will like it if I try and automatically delete followers. @nikitabier
