. @AmericanAir ownership and every employee should be in prison. You charge so much money for flights. Cancel our next flight. Our bag at baggage claim doesn’t come out. It is somewhere in the building and it’s been almost 2 hours and nobody will deliver the bag to baggage claim. “It’s on the way” they say. “It’s in the basement” It’s literally in the building and it’s been 2 hours. How can you possibly not even care, nobody cares which is hilarious. The service is despicable. How can u just not have someone go grab the bag from the basement and deliver it to us. The next set of flights have got their bags before our bag came out. Like what is happening. We have fucking show to put on in Boston. Your airline sucks, fuck you #BagGate #GiveHB3TheBag

They can’t generate an effective rush, let alone a scoring chance. Any time they finally get the puck in the D zone, they just dump it to center to allow an opposition regroup. Not good enough or acceptable for that matter #letsgoflyers
