Hi @seetickets, still no response, but you’re posting Tweets, so someone is seeing the messages. There are a lot of people like me who are being completely blanked. I can see some people are getting a positive response via negative TrustPilot reviews - is that the only option??
@plusnethelp my parents upgraded to fibre broadband 20 days ago, told 7-10 days to connect, still not connected and still paying high out of contract rate. Keep getting cut off from Customer Service phone number, can you assist please. Thanks
@plusnethelp @Plusnet your customer service experience is appalling at the moment. Live chat unavailable during business hours, phone call attempts automatically disconnected 6 times over the past few days, no reply to this tweet around 28hrs ago. Spoke to a human today at last

Hi @OmearaLondon, could you share the stage times for the @thisissigrid gig tonight please? Many thanks, looking forward to it :-)
Hey council/councillors, parking and keeping traffic moving seems a top priority, and rightly so. Always an issue on Dartmouth RD SE23, this car was left with hazards, then someone nearly reversed over a dog on pavement outside library @LewishamCouncil @Layo_GP
Lewisham council & councillors, will our food bins be emptied on Tuesday? No collection last 2 weeks, never previously an issue, now you’ve installed double yellows to aid your team’s access, they don’t turn up. Thanks for that (not) 👍@LewishamCouncil @Layo_GP @sophieannedavis

Although none of the cllrs. replied to any of the last tweets - this is what happens now that you put in double yellow lines on #kirkdale no one can walk on pavement! @ChrisBestUK @cllrcurran @bernardspeter @layo_gp @sophieannedavis @LewishamCouncil

This is a conservation area one of the oldest roads in Lewisham with houses dating back to 1847. As residents we adher to strict rules about how to respect the architecture. Yet Lewisham can come along and graffiti our road with bright yellow wonky lines 😤
@gingerline, Eventbrite says pdf download for my etickets are disabled by provider. Do I just need to bring booking confirmation to the event? Thanks
Hi @gingerline @ChambersofFlav, any chance of a reply to this question from yesterday or my email regarding the same thing from 2 days ago? Thanks
@gingerline @ChambersofFlav can someone answer this, can we arrive with just the booking confirmation tomorrow? You’ve been on here tweeting so must have seen my question. My email to the ‘contact us’ address 2 1/2 days ago not acknowledged, phone no engaged
