$PURR holders: the Nov 4 annual meeting has one vote that matters for your HYPE per share. Proposal 2.
What it does, the dilution math, and what holders should ask for before voting
After $1B raised through the Chardan equity line, sales below $12.02 are capped at 42.6M shares unless holders approve more.
Prop 2 removes that cap. Nothing replaces it as a price floor.
Chardan buys at 97.5% of VWAP (95% off-hours). At ~1.03x mNAV, new issuance barely breaks even for existing holders.
Rough math on another $1B raised:
• at 1.20x mNAV: +4.0% NAV/share
• at 1.03x: ~flat
• at 0.95x: −2.1%
• at 0.85x: −5.2%
Cash-adjusted HYPE per fully diluted share is roughly flat since launch (−2% to +7%, depending on whether the preferred has converted).
Shares outstanding went from 237.9M on Sep 8 to 278.3M on Sep 30.
Nobody's against the flywheel. Issuing at a premium is the whole point of a DAT.
But before voting yes, holders should want:
• no facility sales below fully diluted NAV, net of Chardan's discount
• disclosure of how much of the cap is used
• the Advisor's 5%/15% grant waiver confirmed
• a renewed buyback
If you hold: abstaining or not voting has no effect on Prop 2, and your broker can't vote it for you.
Online deadline is 11:59pm ET Nov 3.

prediction markets now make robinhood more money than stock trading.
the thing that was a niche curiosity 18 months ago just out-earned the core business.
every legacy broker is lagging $HOOD right now and are about to ramp up spending.
teapawt.net/StockMKTNewz/status/20…
Robinhood $HOOD now makes more money from trading Prediction Markets on its platform than it does from people trading stocks
RT @usemullet: Degen smarter, not harder.
What do I mean?
Most traders enter the market asking, "how do I get rich fast?"
That mindset…

mullet money tip of day:
We are firmly in a bear market. No one can dispute this.
What is challenging about a bear market is that most market participants feel the need to do something during this time.
Cycles play out the same, but the narratives often change.
What shouldn't change is your approach as an investor.
1. Find a stable source of income to ride out bear market
2. Stable up and try to earn 4-5% of safe yield while you wait for entries.
3. Buy majors 40-50% off highs. Scale in over a longer term time frame (weeks - months)
4. pay attention to trends. Bear markets are where the winners are built.
What am I missing here?

FYI for everyone
- gold nuking
- Bond yields rising across the board
- Us02Y moving fastest
might be time to stable up and chill.
idk though.

The most important feature in any fintech app is not how many protocols it connects to. It is how easy it is to use and how trusted it is by its users.
Trust and ease of use are more important than moving money around.
Your money should be growing quietly in the background and accessible at all times.

The onchain TCG meta is just heating up and its drawing heavy comparisons to NFTs of 2019-2022.
There are some key differences:
1. Physical TCGs have been around for decades and have real IP and tangible brand equity. This means the market is much larger.
2. Volume and attention cluster around a few big collections or "grails". The market has had enough time to filter out the bad projects (survivorship bias), so the low effort "drops" dont occur.
Tokenization brings about a new way to standardize, store and price these assets fairly and accurately, but it also brings "ponzinomic" mechanics back into play.
Imo the big winners of the TCG meta will be the platforms that win collectors first and incentivize liquidity and trust amongst participants.
Both traders and collectors can coexist.

One thing that is so powerful about the gacha mechanic is the "randomness" element.
I always feel like im gonna win an epic item...
What is the most valuable item you have gotten in a gacha machine?
Dan is onchain retweeted
Seeing many discussions on the tokenized collectibles meta.
Most of it centers on whether or not the "bubble" in TCG cards is sustainable.
I think the more interesting conversation is around what the collecting market will look like now that physical items can be tokenized, traded and redeemed with readily available liquidity.
Makes me wonder which is more valuable in 10years?

7.1.3 is out now and comes with in validator fallbacks that work the same between rest and grpc endpoints
some docs for how to do it
prysm.offchainlabs.com/docs/…
in the past fallbacks for grpc was only on transport and couldn't detect if the node falling back to is fully synced or not, now this has improved and should fallback correctly to synced nodes only. The fallback will also continue to round robin until it finds a synced node.
