Wish List Feature: Terminal apps should allow you to highlight text in various colors as you scroll back and forth analyzing output. Seems like such an easy and obvious feature.

I want to be able to copy/paste images in my code comments. I would at least like to have full markdown support with GUI editing like the MarkText app. – at East Lake, FL

The notch on Apple laptops is a mistake. It pretty much locks in the position of the cameras in the middle. At the same time, the opening notch pretty much needs to be in the middle. We will forever be smudging the glass in front of the camera every time we open our laptops.

My brand new $3000+ Asus ZenBook Pro Duo 15 had a defective 'A' key right out of the box. Misses taps or double-taps. Great job @ASUSUSA on the quality assurance at the factory!

It occurs to me that my Apple Watch has about the same screen resolution as my old Macintosh SE computer. ...probably a much stronger CPU too!

My kid just got back from @ChickfilA and none of our salads had dressing included. Doh! Once we got home and discovered that they included a full bag of like 300 ketchups instead of our meal. That was so funny, that I didn't really mind that much.

Braided Solo Loop AppleWatch band is a disappointment. I used the sizing chart. However, after 2 months the band has stretched out so much it spins around my wrist like a hula hoop.

#Apple needs to fix the SideCar feature. It hardly ever connects wirelessly.

The SideCar feature in MacOS is just completely broken. It only connects to the iPad without a direct usb connection maybe 40% of the time. It has been like this from the start across multiple versions of iOS and MacOS. It is simply a broken feature. Broken.

This sucks. I had an appointment with @QuestDX. Showed up early. Informed them that they seemed to be skipping over me twice. Walk-ins passed me by. An hour later, still waiting.

Laptops should include battery swell sensors to notify you when you laptop is becoming a danger. Many people leave their laptops in a stand or something and seldom interact directly with them. …until they suddenly burst into flames ;-)

So. As I’m listening to a podcast, I ask Siri to skip 60 seconds. Siri replies “I’m sorry. I can’t do that. You do not have the Podcasts app installed. ”

MacOS SideCar feature often breaks the connection with iPad upon wake from sleep requiring a USB connection to re-establish SideCar. Sometimes a reboot of iPad is also required. USB connection can be switched back to regular wifi afterwards.

Amazon’s ‘Add audible narration’ checkbox when buying a kindle book has not worked for months. Broken feature. You have to go back and click the ‘Add audible narration’ button later.

MacOS Sidecar feature generally sucks. On my 2019 16” MBP, it fails to connect to the iPad about 50% of the time. To resolve, you must reboot both devices - which sometimes helps.

The @GitKraken commit panel needs to dynamically vertically resize the unstaged/staged sections to show all the items if possible - especially when one is empty.

So, 90% of the time when I (un)plug in a monitor on MacOS (or SideCar randomly does not reconnect after sleep) it frickin’ moves all my virtual desktops onto random screens and moves windows around onto different desktops on those random screens. This UX is exactly what I want.
