I. For instance if a game doesn’t want extractors; why they promote how rewards made someone so rich that they could buy phone, motorbike etc.?

Would be interesting if 3rd place received more verdant/hollows/flint to help them get a kick start in the next session.
Or I wonder if some kind of incentive for players to join the smallest team each session would help - maybe some kind of extra multiplier, or something pushed through the "offers" board: "join the ____ union for x amount of yieldstones". Could trigger for high ranking point earners or consistent participants after a streak of so many losses.

UPDATE: Thank you @GuildPal for your Pixels Game Assistant extension. I use it every day, and can't imagine life in @pixels_online without it. This is the most efficient taskboard I've had in a long time!! woohoo!
