Possibly the most incompetent large carrier in the world @British_Airways .
Can’t even do a reconciliation of passengers properly on #ba278 and so are returning to the stand. I see cancellation written all over this.
I apologise to any non-Brits on #ba278, they probably think @British_Airways is a professionally run airline but the farce of manual headcount which is going on right now out on the tarmac is shameful. This is what post-Brexit will be like.
