One of our @marmotihe key messages is that the climate emergency and health equity have to be tackled together. And they can be. Funding to insulate homes for people below the minimum income threshold, as we lay out in our report, is good for health equity and the planet.
One of the biggest lies we're told is that green measures are bad for the poor.
The people who tell this lie invariably have no detectable prior concern for people in poverty. But they're deeply concerned about the profits of those poor fossil fuel firms.
