The unpleasant truth: AI is most likely coming for your job.
How I think we in tech can maximize our odds of survival: Leverage AI to upskill to become, or remain, among the best in your field—or make a (radical) career change.

I'm really impressed about Sidekick, which is in fact the ultimate Google Chrome:
☑️ all Chrome settings and full extension support
☑️ AI-based tab suspension
☑️ improved tab-memory management
☑️ powerful web apps
☑️ tabs grouped in sessions

Why do we practically exclusively hear about #covid case numbers, and not about IC hospitalizations and fatalities, in absolute and relative terms—especially with the less-lethal UK variant making up the majority of new cases?

The striking "horned man", a protester who entered the Capitol yesterday, made me think about the truthfulness of the #insurrection, a potentially pivotal moment in US (and world) history 🧵1/4
What were the motives behind this person's presence at the Capitol yesterday: was he hired as an actor by the extreme left to characterize Trump and his supporters as savage, anti-constitutional rebels or is he a genuine extreme rightist? Who knows? 🧵4/4
Update: Judging from a very convincing @parler_app profile (JakeAngeli), the "horned man" appears a true right-winger, not a leftist conman. Then again, considering his prominence in the media, it could be that the Left has invested and gradually built a fictitious character.
