The Futurity winner is the second horse to be named Giant Sequoia (USA) trained at Ballydoyle. The original was closely related to Hold That Tiger and ran once under 7-lb claimer Sean Levey. Went on to win races for Jane Chapple-Hyam and also had a spell with Barney Curley.
