Internal freedom is the true journey
I believe we all realise this in the end
There’s only so much external results can truly satisfy you
If you don’t see it now, one day you will
I’m jealous of the creatives who just wake up and its a joy to make their work and they love it so much and it’s their happy place
I do love my work but it’s hard, man. it physically hurts often and I’m tired and im lazy and I’m never sure if it’s good enough 😭
Most people quit
And it’s understandable
Rejecting the 9-5 is hard
Doing art and creativity for a job is hard
But the most successful creators I know aren’t necessarily the best
They’re just the ones that kept going
Listen to yourself - no one else
Don’t quit.
