So @AirCanada staff did try to help but their system would not let them manually ‘shorten’ my name for the system that would not recognize a long name. I got there 2.5 hours early and ‘nothing could be done’ @AirCanada @Expedia United Air FAIL
Here’s a new one… denied boarding my @AirCanada flight this am because… last name too long. 😳 System wouldn’t recognize it, staff couldn’t manually change it. Left airport rebooked myself and $$$ on @porterairlines Ticket was orig booked @Expedia they were a massive zero help
