@ycombinator flourished for decades backing hackers as CEOs.
Today, I think the same thing is true in regards to Scientists. VCs believe Scientists should not be running companies and should be the Chief Science Officer. This is most commonly seen in BioTech.
VCs who accept Scientists as CEOs will flourish over the coming decades.
@BoostVC is looking to fund more Scientists as CEOs!
