If you can challenge if a guys foot is 1 inch of the bag, you should be able to challenge if a guy (clearly) went around on a check swing.

We need to continue to financially educate young people. This is particularly bizarre but essentially: -Parents put cash in a 529. It grows for 20+ years. -529’s are funded with post tax money (like a Roth IRA) and grows tax free. That money can also be used tax free when withdrawn for educational purposes. -Father makes daughter sign promissory note (likely while underage). -She is now being asked to pay back not just the money put in the account for her education but also the interest/capital appreciation that was gained. Total sum; $114,000. -Father is a lawyer by the way. The whole story is beyond insane but if it’s all true, beyond ruining your relationship with your child the father who is a lawyer, is committing tax fraud and likely had no legal place to have her unilaterally sign a promissory note. Imagine having to consider that your dad is not looking out for you when you’re still a minor. What a miserable story.

Bills defense has to get it together. They are getting beat when double covering C receivers. Insane.

Market has tried so hard to tap through to 8,000. Kind of feels like 7,000 again. I guess we could still get there before a real pullback but maybe this is the dump needed to eventually go higher. Ai stocks behaving badly, Nasdaq needs a break it looks like.

Don’t care how long it takes; having 500 Airbnb’s as a business is the real estate equivalent of Enron with a side of Lehman Brothers. The fallout of real estate stupidity in the years to come with be epic.
Let me help some of you guys out.... 1. 40% of homes are owned free and clear (no mortgage). Not distressed sellers so can be patient, wait around, hold firm on price, etc 2. Average homeowner who has a mortgage has 55% equity. Again, not distressed or forced to sell 3. You need to zoom WAY OUT to better understand inventory Example #1 New Listings for sale this week: 64,00 Same week in 2009: 280,000 Same week in 2010: 380,000 Same week in 2011: 349,000 Example #2 Currently there's 1.6M of active inventory on the market. In a normal market, there's 2.0M - 2.5M of active inventory on the market In the last RE crash, guess how much inventory was active on the market? 4.0M We got a LOT of inventory that would have to come online (assuming demand doesn't increase significantly) before you'll see major drops That is all

Terrell Bernard is useless on defense. Too small to tackle, too slow to run, gets dragged around the field.

We should all know both
If you know the rules to football but do not know when & why the federal reserve was created, the banking cartels did exactly what they planned.

There’s a lot being tossed around about social security benefits and it seems like everyone has lost the plot essentially. This is being laid at the feet of baby boomers vs millennials essentially because of the time period we live in but it’s come to a head bc what was originally created as a self investment in your future system was turned into something where Peter pays Paul. The origins of SS started as a way to invest in your future with the SS act of 1935. However, although people started paying into the system in 1937, the intention was to have people pay into for at least 5 years before they could collect any benefits. With the government helping to front other money from taxes to fund the initial surge of social security, it was not intended, as stated above, to have younger generations pay for older generations retirements but rather to build your own retirement over 40 years and then draw on it. Now, this was quickly upended for two reasons. First, the end of the depression/start of WW2 began in earnest in the 1940’s but older folks were still very far behind so the initial SS draws that were meant to to start in 1942, began a couple years earlier in 1940. The govt argued, as did the public, that enough reserves had been built up over the 3 year period so much that the 1939 act to adjust the original from 1935 also included survivor family benefits which would worsen the situation as decades past. Add on the fact that FDR removed the gold standard in 1933 and now you could print money as you wanted to “fund” these things should something go wrong. So all that to say that the intention of the original act was a very straight forward pay in, take out system. No generation before or after should be paying for anyone but themselves but here we are and few seem to realize that the adjustment to the origins have created a system which is super hard to fund bc it’s not a 1 for 1 transaction as intended. It has become a hybrid pot that is diced up and something like that is hard to keep afloat.
I also have other income sources and won’t rely on just SS. But that doesn’t mean I’m not entitled to get what I was promised. I paid for decades so older generations could receive benefits. While I worked my way through college and while I raised 3 children with my wife.

I will enjoy watching the rest of the Bills season because I love football but as always, when it matters most the Bills players and organization fold. Watch for the entertainment it is and end it there. #billsmafia

Is there a reason we are not seeing KEO for Buffalo? The linebacker play is at best subpar. Bernard looks lost constantly. #billsmafia

So the young man who didn’t have any offers is just starting his sophomore year of high school and was already ranked nationally as a QB with upcoming visits to major programs? On3 is partially owned by yahoo. VC, PE, conglomerates ect should stay out of kids sports and stop trying to monetize childhood.
We'll never have enough scouts to watch 1M high school football players a year. Rivals Recruits gives anyone a real shot at being seen. Ex: 2029 QB Colton Dabkowski bought an evaluation. Rivals scout @CodyBellaire spent hours on his film and talking with his coaches, then shared the eval with college staffs. A few days later Tulane offered. Est. Tulane scholarship: ~$390K over 4 years Rivals evaluation: $499 We want every recruiting staff, from FBS to D-III, to find more talent, and every athlete who's earned it to get found. No one should go unseen. on3.com/recruits/mission-sta… @AaronLemingNFL @Matt_Stepp817 @CJFWrites @IshmaelRJohnson @byBDavis @MikeLeslieWFAA @BigBlueDylan

There’s a lot of emotional fanbases but no fanbase is softer than Michigan athletics fans. Imagine being so hell bent on taking a rightful win away from a MAC school. Insane.

The more that changes the more that stays the same. Benford has been trending down all last season…..he’s not CB 1. Effectively gave up 2 TD’s and a PI in a half of football and Hamlin can’t be on this team. He’s total trash.

A good start to the NFL season. Week 1 overreactions are never good but a harder schedule for the Pats will bring Maye back to reality.
Replying to @kevinwildes
The regression of Drake Maye starts soon.
