Families should not lose their homes because of COVID-19. Very pleased that Wells Fargo, Citi, JPMorgan, and US Bank have agreed to a 90 day grace period for mortgage payments for those impacted by #COVID19. A big sigh of relief for millions of CA families.

Hey @Apple we are a small deaf school trying to remotely teach our children in #BSL. Any chance of some refurbished iPads to help us with this? #COVID19 #Deaf

You don’t have to be diagnosed with #COVID19 to take a paid sick day. You may be able to use Paid Sick Leave (PSL) for prevention if you or a family member have been exposed to #COVID19. Retaliation for lawful use of PSL is prohibited. More information 👇🏽
We provide a variety of support services to individuals affected by #coronavirus in California. If you can't work, are being required to work less, or your child's school shuts down due to #COVID19, visit bit.ly/2IHzsR1 for more info.

To me the word “verbal” means “said.” It indicates language being expressed in a natural way. When my Deaf kids speak ASL, they are being verbal. They are using words. Nonverbal, to me, means not expressing language. A Deaf kid who speaks ASL is NOT “nonverbal.” They are verbal.
