They love Knockout but I don’t like that they are “out” so I bring you Win or Lose Knockout🏀. 2 lines, 2 min. 1v1 shootout- Make it first, go to green line, loser goes to red line. Goal is to be in green line when timer goes off. So fun! #mhepe #risdbelieves #physed #levelupMHE

Today the HS recognized the efforts of many of our athletic and activity groups over the past few months. The HS students cheered as each ISAA team came on stage in coordinated uniform and wearing their ISAA medals. LET'S GO EAGLES!

Classic "Flip Cone Relay!"🔃🔺
We do groups of 2-3. 3 Small cones, finishing with a big one. Once they finish, they get a point, knock them all down, & continue playing.
Seen from many including @thepespecialist @physedreview @OPENPhysEd @MikeMorrisPE. Thanks! #physed

Cone Hoppper warm-up with 5th grade. Use only feet to get cone on foot and hop back to the blue line. If it falls off, partner goes next. When all the cones are gone, the class gets their time. Got idea from @physedreview who provided the link
