You’ve come so far and are blessed to have a new path to explore. I have friends who were saved by trials as they faced stage IV disease. Try to stay present and rested so your fear doesn’t zap your immunity… and rob you of your positive body energy working for your healing. 💗

Retract, sorry! Perfect style yet suggest a breathable cotton sling that also doesn’t have a plastic disc on the back as your friend should also sleep with the sling. Comfy is #1… and easily washable.

Happy to share. I knew I’d push myself as I healed and my “intuitive hit” to wear an arm sling was one of my greatest self-care realizations! Sped up recovery, invited grace & impressed my surgeon. 😊

So sorry to hear of your friend’s diagnosis. Top recommendation… shoulder slings! Speeds recovery from surgery. I wore mine 24/7 to stabilize my arm & keep from moving as I was feeling better. Worked wonders! Just a soft cloth sling from CVS.

I've been open -- exhibitionist?! -- about having a rare tumor. Similarly affected patients will, increasingly, Google our diagnosis & find me. They seldom seek something unorthodox. Most often, they just want to be heard; sometimes, I barely even talk. Listening is medicine.
