SIR in blore - own experience - forms got issued, BLOs hands were full but she did a great job. For some reason my mom got flagged. Notice issued, that day was a bit painful but they ensured she didn't have to wait too long. Docs examined & now everyone in the list.

Am sure, like all other things in India this could have been managed better - but remember, there is only so much that can be done. If you move homes, get registered in a new place, delete from old. Am sure voter turnout s will be very high next election

Indians take their democracy seriously, so a 50-60% turnout seemed to bother me... We need regular SIRs, make it a rolling feature constituency wise, keep the rolls clean. It's easy to vent. There will be exceptions, they don't take away from the hardwork done by the team

11 hours on an Indigo seat - whatever little you might save on air tickets, you will pay for a back massage, a night of sleep to just recuperate.... Absolute insanity....I think outer limit for me is 3.5-4 hours...

We were stretching, complex leveraged deal, integration would have been a risk - told them at 10 more maybe, at 100 no. He said, thanks we are glad we chose the right advisor. We went back, called off the deal. A potential fee of 30 cr gone.

Cancel OCI cards, make visa based entry harder and then see a lot of vitriol go down....give a monthly commentary that x number oci cards canceled. Oci is a privilege not a right
