On Wednesday I had a heart attack. Today two days later I happy to say home sometime tomorrow. I can’t praise the NHS ambulance crew and all hospital staff enough. I get emotional rethinking it all. New life from now on. Rest and recovery first. Time to heal. #nhs #heartattack

Today is 6th June, D-Day anniversary. I walked to Rigg Bay this morning in the wind and rain, weather not unlike D-Day itself. Rigg Bay was used for Mulberry harbour trials in 1943/44. This stone wall was a support for roadways from the floating Mulberry.
