This was a major storyline coming into today. Would the committee be able to prioritize seeding and use 6 flights to send island teams elsewhere? It appears that was not the case. Hardin-Simmons, the #40 overall seed, hosts Austin College, CMS, and Whitman in Abilene. #d3hoops

Takeaways from the #d3hoops MBB bracket: got an extra flight to avoid first round rematches and an extra flight second weekend to keep seeding. Babson drastically under-seeded for an unknown reason - you could set it up this way, maintain seeding, and not mess anything up:

Head Coach Andy Yosinoff. 49 years in charge. Over 950 wins. Back on top of the GNAC and back in the dance for the first time since 2021-22. An absolutely remarkable career for a guy that just continues to win. @d3hoops @BQuillmanQcast @brodskyme a great career rolls on.
