Another reminder not to stop boycotting and talking about Palestine even after the strike ends today. We should keep educating ourselves and spreading awareness (please be careful and fact check when you can). I regret not being more vocal before. Here's a few useful links again:

I have to fight the stupid urge to add useless worldbuilding so often. I think it's just better to omit it cause it doesn't add that much to the story, it slows the pace to a halt and I'd have to lore dump to explain it and that gets in the way of things.
most of the time, writing for me is coming up with something cool and then trying to justify its addition to the plot
if anyone is reading this, do you know what's the best way to find αrtίsts to c#missίοn? (trying not to summon the bots)
You can sort of get away without making notes when writing a first draft, but you definitely need to take detailed notes when editing. At least that was the case for me
and I STILL fail at this. Sometimes I'll be reading and rereading and changing things and I'll forget to take notes of the changes, so I'll have to go back to the previous chapter to check
I was sort of planning to post the blurb of my book, but then I thought about it and it might be better to leave for later as it is one of the more important things to tease. For now, I should probably find other things to post
Sometimes I wonder if the chapter I'm writing is too long but my chapters are usually on par or shorter than the average fantasy novel's. Plus, I can only really see a benefit to expanding it, especially when I'm not adding info dumps and lore drops.
✨Announcing Project Luminary! ✨
Project Luminary is the working title for a fantasy novel I've been working on for quite some time. There is no official release date yet, but I am closer to the end than the beginning. I am planning on posting frequent updates, stay tuned.

After #AEWAllOut, @JonMoxley reflects with raw honesty, hard-earned perspective, and a reminder that greatness comes with a cost.

LET IT BE KNOWN !
I AM NO 'GIMMICK', NOR AN ACT.
Just a proper HORRID BASTARD with nothing but CONTEMPT for each and every one of you.
I'm considering making my protagonists meaner. I need to make them meaner and I need to make them suffer more. If for no other reason other than it would be more interesting to read. Is that dumb, doing it for no strong reason?
In order to be a good writer, you also have to be a reader. Basic ass tip but, I was just editing a chapter and I got to a certain point where I was not enjoying reading it. It felt pointless and cheap. If I'm not enjoying it as the person who wrote it, it needs to be changed.
