We’ve always known @deontjones, SPA/BA ’14, was a star—now, he’s proving it to the world on @NBCTheVoice! Relive his powerful words at our 2024 Alumni Awards Dinner and Ceremony, where he was recognized as one of our Rising Star recipients. 🦅💫 #OnceAnEagle #AlwaysAnEagle
MOOD: I just love Black women.
Let’s go, Kamala Harris!

This election is TIGHT. At this point, it is all about TURNOUT.
We HAVE to turn out MORE votes for @KamalaHarris. We’re facing a dangerous adversary in Donald Trump; our lives depend on this.
.@KELLYROWLAND and I know that making your voice heard in a democracy should be a vibe, not a struggle. Mail-in ballots are out, and early voting is ON 🗳️📬! It is BEYOND time for us to rally behind @KamalaHarris —let’s get it done!
So EXCITED to be coached by @reba on @NBCTheVoice ✨ I poured my heart into "Little Ghetto Boy" by Donny Hathaway last night. Ready to make this journey unforgettable! #TeamReba #TheVoice

Trump said “Abdul you better not do it.” and all I could hear was “Swiper no swiping.” #Debate2024
All I want for my birthday today is to hear the blues and TWO DOLLAS for some soul food. @HaveTheRange

Just saw the #NeverLetGo trailer. Babbbyyyyyy!
@halleberry + saving a lil boy + a distressed wig = INSTANT BLOCKBUSTER!
Lifting SONYA MASSEY. I was shot in the face by a police officer w/ a police weapon.
I’m alive to tell the story.
Kamala Harris champions the George Floyd Policing Act.
Donald Trump promised such police officers total immunity.
I believe it is clear what is at stake.
The best @Givers1023 🫶🏼
A HUGE thank you to @AU_SPA for awarding me the 2024 Outstanding Teacher in a Full Time Tenure Appointment.
I want to dedicate this award to all my @AmericanU students who have inspired, challenged, and pushed me to be better. What a ❤️privilege to teach you!
