The kind of herd mentality we display as Nigerians eh E dey shock me! You didn't even read the bill but because someone somewhere said that they want to control our food, you just joined in the chant. I know firsthand the damages that nutrition misinformation has caused.

I run a healthy eating community & you'd be surprised how much misinformation & food fearmongering that some people have come across & internalised. I work with clients that sometimes they say what someone told them & I'm like "Who on earth will tell you this about your food?"

So far, from what I've read about this bill, it's not a bad thing. It's targeted at regulating the nutrition profession & it can in turn help reduce so much misinformation from influencers that don't know jack about nutrition. Some of the concerns I see aren't even in the bill
