Whiterocks Beach , Portrush I went back on another visit to this location to see if I could get the setting sun closer to the end of the beach and was pleased with the results. An hour or 2 in the shadow of Dunluce Castle near Portrush on the Causeway Coast. Dodging the occasional wave and taking in this most magnificent sight! – at Portrush, Northern Ireland

Managed to get Magheracross viewing platform in Portrush to myself for all of 5 minutes during a glorious afterglow shortly after sunset. It's harder than you think to get the camera lined up correctly with so many lines leading away from the lens! – at Portrush, Northern Ireland

Got this shot of an American couple posing on the Giant's Causeway. I approached them and showed them the photo from the back of my camera and they were amazed. Ive sent them a copy of the photo as a souvenir of their visit. My random act of kindness for today! @NationalTrustNI
