It’s worth clarifying something as folks are sharing news of the West Bank being “shut down”. Importantly, it is not the entire West Bank which is shut down—it is Palestinian cities, towns, and villages. Settlers are free to travel through open roads and checkpoints, as always.

I would argue that Israeli soldiers are a legitimate target for the occupied Palestinian people, anywhere and at any time.
Some would disagree.
But Israeli soldiers on duty in the West Bank are a legitimate target beyond any legal doubt.
Don't believe old media.

The Saudi-NATO proxy war against Yemen killed some 400,000 people, with nearly 20 million requiring humanitarian aid. The bombing campaign on its own killed around 20,000 Yemeni civilians. Children under 5 accounted for 60% of all non-combat losses.
Houthis have once again struck Riyadh’s airport, taking three innocent lives.
My thoughts are with the families of the victims.
We stand in full solidarity with the people of Saudi Arabia and all our Gulf partners.
Attacks on civilian infrastructure are unacceptable.
Iran's proxies must stop their reckless and violent acts.

This image that is circulating now on social media shows what childhood is like in Palestine. A child returning from school, hiding in fear when he sees an Israeli military car. Palestinian children deserve better than this. We’re tired of living in fear. We’re tired of fearing for our children every time they go back home from school. When will this end?

This is the “Happiness Building” before it collapsed in Gaza overnight, killing and injuring nearly 80 people.
Displaced families were living in this severely bomb-damaged building because they had nowhere else to go.
More than 1.5 million Palestinians remain displaced in makeshift tents and damaged homes across Gaza, while Israel continues to block the entry of caravans, reconstruction materials, and the equipment needed to clear rubble and search for around 8,000 people still missing, most of them believed to be buried under the rubble.

False! The Arabic caption literally reads "lentils for a soup kitchen in Gaza" (The very soup kitchens you've been bombing)
The reason aid is being picked up slowly is b/c you're banning trucks, spare parts & engine oil from entering Gaza, so there're only less than 290 trucks in service in all of the Gaza Strip that have to transport 600 truckloads per day & it takes each truck a whole day to get through your bureaucratic maze to transport a single truckload.
The solutions are simple:
1- Allow new trucks to enter Gaza & allow spare parts, fuel & oil to repair broken trucks
2- Abolish the deliberately obstructive system where you force aid trucks coming from Egypt to dumb their load at your Karem Shalom crossing instead of entering Gaza to empty that load at local warehouses
Footage published this weekend shows food parcels from the WFP and other organizations remaining uncollected in Gaza City, while residents report that food is accumulating in shelters and being sold at low prices in local markets.
These images confirm what COGAT has consistently stated: the volume of aid entering Gaza significantly exceeds the population’s needs.
When aid is left untouched, the conclusion is clear. Gaza is not lacking food; it is flooded with it.
The evidence from inside Gaza, the UN’s own findings, including UNICEF’s latest SMART survey, and COGAT’s humanitarian data all point to the same reality.
Claims of famine and widespread shortages are not supported by the facts. Continuing to promote them only serves Hamas and its efforts to manufacture a false picture of crisis in Gaza.

We are appalled by reports of an Israeli airstrike within the Al-Aqsa Hospital compound on 29 August. Hospitals should be safe places for patients and healthcare workers.

This is not Auschwitz. This is not Gaza. This is the West Bank, Palestine.
They are burning people's homes while families and children are asleep inside, violating the Geneva Convention and UNSCR 242.
The difference between Palestine and Auschwitz is that the world still has an opportunity to stop the Holocaust in Palestine.
Stop calling them "settlers"; they are terrorist invaders—state-sponsored terrorism.

If Palestinian militants had blockaded an Israeli ambulance, it would be a top news story everywhere.
But because it’s Israel being evil it’s not newsworthy it’s just normal life.
For Palestinians, being slaughtered is just a regular part of day to day life.
“This woman is dying!” a man screamed again and again, as the ambulance carrying 30-year-old Sujoud Fuqaha sat stuck at an Israeli-controlled gate on its way to a hospital in the West Bank city of Ramallah.

Sky News reports that a 28-year-old Palestinian woman, six months pregnant and suffering severe internal bleeding, was being transported from Qaryout in the occupied West Bank to Rafidia Surgical Hospital in Nablus when Israeli soldiers stopped her ambulance at the Awarta checkpoint.
Video shows Israeli forces detained the ambulance crew for more than 30 minutes, subjected the bleeding, critically ill woman to a physical search, and ordered the driver to turn off the engine, cutting power to the vehicle’s onboard medical equipment.
During the forced delay, a nurse was forced to deliver the fetus stillborn inside the stranded ambulance. The woman was eventually allowed to proceed to the hospital, where doctors performed emergency surgery and saved her life. The baby could not be saved.
Sky's @sparkomat reports from the West Bank on the impact of the escalating violence and the challenges of delivering urgent care under an increased Israeli military presence.
