You deserve to be wanted slowly.

Breathe slower. She feels it before you say a word.

You were never too much for the right man. You were too much for a man who couldn't hold you.

To the woman who has been the sexual gatekeeper for years: there are men who can hold their own desire so you don't have to guard against it. You get to set the shield down and feel what's yours.

If you think three dinner dates should earn you sex, you're already approaching intimacy wrong. Desire and readiness aren't the same thing. A woman can be wildly attracted to a man and still want to take her time. And a man is absolutely entitled to want a relationship with strong sexual chemistry. But if you're measuring her attraction by how quickly she sleeps with you, you may be missing the very signals you should be paying attention to. Is there flirtation? Playfulness? Physical chemistry? Mutual curiosity? Is the erotic tension building? There's a whole world of sexuality between a handshake and intercourse. And gentlemen, if you're viewing the dinners you paid for as an investment that hasn't yielded a return, I'd invite you to examine what kind of dynamic you're actually creating. Sexual compatibility matters. So does how we cultivate it. xitter.cf/i/trending/21146313186…

Money fear doesn't stay in your bank account. It follows you to dinner. It sits beside you while your kid talks. People hear "I need this" before you say a word. Scarcity costs you presence. Ask: "What would I do if I trusted this month will work out?" Then do that.

Most advice on lasting longer tells you to feel less. Think about something else. Numb it. That's backwards. You last longer by learning to feel more. Noticing things that are happening in your body that most men miss, & adjusting accordingly

Some of the most valuable things sex has taught me have almost nothing to do with sex.

It taught me attention. How much becomes visible when I stop rushing past what seems small: A breath. A sound. A tiny movement. A shift in someone's face.

And those capacities don't disappear when my clothes go back on. The attention I learned through sexuality changes how I listen. How I connect. How I experience my own body. Sex has been one of my great teachers for how to be here.

Want to find out how comfortable you actually are with intimacy? Set a timer for two minutes. Sit across from your lover. And do almost nothing.

Look into one of their eyes. Don't talk. Don't perform. Don't try to make something happen. Let yourself see them. Let yourself be seen.

Notice what happens. Do you laugh? Look away? Get restless? Feel exposed? Soften? Two minutes can feel like an eternity. Or disappear completely.

You can own your desire completely without needing, grasping or taking from anyone. I want men to experience those two things together: Fuck yes, I want you. And: You remain completely free.

Try having sex where neither person's orgasm is the goal. Not because orgasms are bad. I fucking love orgasms.

Remove the destination and notice what happens to everything before it. The kiss no longer needs to become oral. Oral doesn't need to become penetration. Penetration doesn't need to become orgasm.

Now every moment gets to justify itself by how it feels NOW. And if orgasm comes? Beautiful. You just didn't sacrifice the rest of the experience trying to get there.

I've had a lot of sex. Some of it has been extraordinary. Some of it has been pretty fucking mediocre. Sometimes the chemistry is off. Sometimes one of you isn't in the right emotional space.

Not every disappointing sexual experience requires a villain. Sometimes two people simply don't find the thing together.
