BREAKING: Alberta and Ontario agree to new Alberta bitumen pipeline directly to southern Ontario. Also have agreed to do whatever it takes to get Ottawa to axe the oil and gas production cap, no new pipelines law, tanker ban and net zero power regulations. Huge day for Alberta, Ontario and by extension - Canada!

Truly honoured to be identified here👇as a principal adversary of the crackpots leading the Alberta separatist “movement,” together with Stephen Harper and Pierre Poilievre. Alberta proud. Canada first. Canada last. Canada always.

He just raised the cost of fertilizers on American farmers by 25%, and tells them to “have fun.” (80% of potash used in the USA comes Canada.)

I love my job serving as a Calgary City Councilor but my frustration with some things on #yyccc is quite apparent in this article. calgarysun.com/opinion/colum… – at Calgary, Alberta

As of today, a total of 310 cases have been confirmed and connected to the E. coli outbreak in Calgary. Hospital admissions have decreased to 21 down from 25 yesterday.    I want to again express my deepest sympathy to every parent, every grandparent and family member, and of course to the many children affected by the E. coli outbreak.   I want to reiterate what I said yesterday, I will do whatever it takes to ensure the health and safety of all children in Alberta.   Again - thank you to our frontline staff for the invaluable work you are doing for these families.

The Alberta Electric System Operator has issued a Level 3 power alert for Alberta. Our system is currently under intense strain due to the heat combined with very little wind to generate power. We are relying almost entirely on natural gas supplemented with solar to power our grid at this time as the inter-tie with BC is being repaired. The AESO is asking people to reduce their electricity usage to balance out the system reliability and prevent more serious emergency measures. It is critical that Alberta add more base-load power from natural gas and other sources to our electricity grid to protect the reliability and affordability of power for Albertans.

After a recent news report that Minister Steven Guilbeault is a vice-chair of a 🇨🇳 CCP environmental group, I am concerned why the Minister wants to force Alberta to 2035, but it is okay with China getting there by 2060... #cdnpoli #abpoli

The Ethics Commissioner report has confirmed the CBC and NDP lied regarding Crown Prosecutor contact. I was gratified to read the Ethics Commissioner’s findings confirming that neither I, nor anyone in my office, tried to or did contact any Crown Prosecutors regarding any COVID-19 prosecutions.
