... missed opportunity to bring back TouchID in the iPhone 16's touch sensitive camera control button like on the iPad Mini's power button. 😭
Take notes, @Microsoft, @Windows, @MSFTCopilot, @MicrosoftEdge, @onedrive, @MicrosoftTeams, @WindowsUpdate...

Hi @Logitech, I know this looks great on a spreadsheet, but please don’t do this. There are better ways to build a product that lasts.
Logitech has an idea for a “forever mouse” that requires a subscription arstechnica.com/?p=2039972
Customers: We want better battery life, privacy, upgradability/repairability & customizable options
@Microsoft/@Windows: Have @MSFTCopilot, less privacy, and more background services
@surface, @HP, @Dell, @Lenovo, etc: Have more stickers and soldered-in components

Lol. Lmao even. theverge.com/2024/7/24/24205…
I've been an avid @Logitech user for ~20 years... they're not perfect and they definitely segment their users to increase sales.
That said, if they start putting on-device features behind subscription models, I'm out.
I'm looking at you too, @BMW, @geteero, @Synology

Didn't like the way this @JDVance1 bloke (newly picked as #Trump's running mate) slagged off the UK lately. Looked into him. Not great. Made a parody song inspired by @ABBA called "Vance VP" 🎶
Shout out #americast (@BBCsarahsmith/@awzurcher) & @RestIsPolitics for ℹ️ profiles 👍
If you're posting engagebait or intentional triggermemes, I'm unfollowing & muting you. Sorry, but Twitter has become unbearable these day.
Looking for new techies to follow... any suggestions?👇🏼
Coming from @laravelphp, I never really understood the distaste for ORMs; sure, they have some limitations, but overall, they had always been massive time savers
After playing with GORM and Ent for a bit now, I'm beginning to understand the negative notion surrounding them 😑
Real question... why is this still a thing? It shouldn't take "up to 10 business days" to unsubscribe from a mailing list. 🤔
If you use @Experian_US and care about your historical data, be careful.
Apparently it's not uncommon for their "security team" to delete your 6 year old account. No warning, notification, reason, or possibility of restoration.
Going forward, I would not recommend.

The lesson of April Fools extends beyond one day: Always evaluate the validity of information, whether online or face-to-face.
Verify before you trust, daily diligence matters.

Not wrong. Take care of your body and invest in your health.
Take breaks, stand/stretch frequently, stay hydrated, and use ergonomic mice, keyboards, and chairs.

For facts sake: Transgender Day of Visibility has been on March 31st for the past FIFTEEN years. Easter is NOT always on March 31st. President Biden has no control over the overlapping dates, so quit the lying, Republicans. And, grow up & stop being so afraid of trans people.

For the record, I like working with self taught engineers.
I love their hunger and curiosity
