We all know that Congress is anti-GC but BJP is no better.
Infact, it is much worse compared to Congress!
Let's look at the speed and force of BJP and Congress in breaching 50% quota limit👇
-On 9.10.2026, MP High Court declared MP government's 73% quota as unconstitutional.
But the BJP government has lost no time. It has filed SLP on 16.20.2026 in Hon'ble Supreme Court in challenging the High Court Judgement.
They don't care that GCs would be severely affected by this move.
-On the other hand, Karnataka HC declared 66% quota in the State as unconstitutional on 12.10.2026.
Till now, Congress government in Karnataka has not approached the Supreme Court challenging the HC verdict.
Most probably, they would do in some time. But Congress cannot match BJP in it's single minded focus to destroy GCs.

₹169 + 18% = ₹199.42, so ₹30 of the deduction is GST on the fee. Two points:
• Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, r.4(10): a platform can't levy cancellation charges unless it bears similar charges when it cancels itself
• A product dead on arrival and refused at the door is a deficiency, not a buyer's cancellation
If the fee is refunded, the GST on it reverses too. Route: NCH 1915, then e-Daakhil.

So not only Uttarpradesh, but many other states also allow reserved category candidates to migrate to UR seats, despite taking SC/ST/OBC category based relaxations!
This is an absolute apartheid policy designed by many states, contradicting the central govt rules.
It allows reserved category candidates triple benefits, while denying GC candidates any fair opportunity, at all.
And all GCs were ignorant or not bothered till now??
