મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીના નેતૃત્વમાં રાજ્યના શિક્ષણ વિભાગે ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ વિનિયમો, 1974માં નવી જોગવાઈ તરીકે વિનિયમ-16(અ) ઉમેર્યો છે. આ સાથે પરિશિષ્ટ-8માં વિદ્યાર્થીઓના માનસિક સ્વાસ્થ્ય કલ્યાણ તથા આત્મહત્યા નિવારણ માટે વિગતવાર વ્યવસ્થા નક્કી કરવામાં આવી છે. આ જોગવાઈ ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ સાથે સંલગ્ન ધોરણ 9-10ની માધ્યમિક તથા ધોરણ 11-12ની ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓને લાગુ પડશે...
