X has a very strong bookmark culture, but I wonder how many of you actually read your bookmarks?
Especially with winning videos.
Videngineer turns your bookmarks into broken-down videos, which you can then plug into a system to make soulful videos like me every single day.
most launch videos are rigged. ☠️
Im diving deep into launches, and the more I look, the more I see the same pattern:
Its pay to play.
Every single damm launch has a roster of accounts that push launch videos either through a transparent paid partnership or undisclosed.
Even the comments are times perfectly to trick the alogrithm into giving you the today's news spot.
But Ive found a sytem to beat the matrix and make a viral launch.
Its super obvious, I cant belive no one has thought about it.
Just a quick reminder to connect with what you're building for and to go take breaks with your loved ones and your animals in nature, because life isn't meant to be lived in an LLM.
unpopular opinion: what if, instead of building a content factory around slum, you'd build a content factory around your own personal brand?
No AI UGC, no AI gen credits, no UGC programme.
What would that do for your distribution in the next 60 days?
hi, this is Mark. 👋
building a content factory around my personal brand 👇
3 weeks, 120 post, 52 videos acrosss 30 channels.
My theory is simple:
it's hard to ignore you when you are everywhere.
And more importantly, when you use your real face paired with winning formats.
My goal is to get 1M/mo across 30 channels.
So far Im at 38,000 this week, 372 likes.
Rookie numbers but I landed 24 calls which is starting up my engine.
Lets go, I will not give up.
This is what happens when cocky indie hackers spread themselves thin.
Sure, you can build a competitor's tool over a weekend, but the community built through dedication is something that cannot be replaced.
I can't imagine myself building another tool because that would require me to dedicate my time religiously to that niche, which I will not do.
Introducing DataBull 🎉
I was paying $39/mo for DataFast just to see which posts made me money.
That's $468 a year. Forever. And it goes up as your traffic grows.
So I built my own.
Same idea: revenue by traffic source.
$29 lifetime. Unlimited sites. Unlimited events. Lifetime updates.

people Im talking about marc!!! Not this 18YO. @ahmedgagan11 help me out here.
Im buyer #28
If anyone's wondering, I'm building Videngineer, a community of cracked video creators.
I spent 6 months as a power user using my tool, and as a result, I built an agency and made $30,000. Now I'm working directly with creators to get their feedback on my tool.
I'm definitely not as fast as these indie hackers. In fact, I'm quite slow, and by their standards, I should quit. But I have my own path, and I'm very positive that I'm going to make it.
This isn't my first rodeo. I took my first agency to $1.2 million and then sold it. I travelled the world, bought a farm, a gym, a cafe, and many things that bring real joy to my life.
The only reason I'm working on this now is that I'm obsessed with video and want to scratch my own itch. I need to see this through.

“Editors are cooked” is just a meme.
It’s one of the biggest lies fed by gen AI corps to get you to buy a subscription.
Ask any high-growth SaaS. They spend hundreds of thousands to hire talent that can make polarising film.
Yes, low-quality video is getting disrupted. That’s the lowest common denominator.
Film that grabs the attention of millions is carefully crafted by a team that can tell stories on brand, for the right audience.
I’ve been on calls with creators all week, and I realised most editors are sitting on an untapped goldmine.
I can’t spoil it yet. But if you’re a cracked creator who wants to level up and become one of the highest-paid creators in the next 30 days, book a call with me. I’ll share the whole vision.
Trust me, it’ll blow your mind 👇

Just IN: Agentic file management!
Now, Videngineer can organise your folders into reusable chunks. template, without you pushing a button.
Because let's be honest, agents are more organised than humans.
The future of software is agentic.
here's why, in 2 minutes 👇

You can now upload footage into videngineer.
Ive been testing this out for weeks, and its finally out.
1. upload footage with agents, organise it into labels
2. get it matched to references in your canvas
Voila, video AGI
Automation without strategy is nothing.
This is why I've taken all the videos I've been making (I made around 33 in the last 2 days) and mapped them out as per the content strategy.
I have to distribute my tool and fill the gaps with content I've written about.
Shipped a infinite slide show for my scheduler, distributoor.
After just under a week of using my scheduler, I have created so many features that don't exist in any of the schedulers.
Of course, this isn't really a moat, but I'm going to use these features to wide reach across my distribution channels.
I honestly prefer timeline editing, its faster for nitty gritty stuff.
But I can get away with agentic, as I use videngineer for storyboards.
1. I ask the agen to assemble a rough storyboard based on references and footage
2. I get the draft in @Palmier_io or @HyperFrames_
Unlike most storyboards, the VidEngineer canvas works with winning video references that you've carefully curated or your agent has curated for your video.
Oftentimes, you can get to 50% to 80% progress on a video without even touching a timeline.
I recommend doing the final 30% in the timeline, though.
You're going to be spending hours defining prompts because Claude just takes a long time to do things that a pro editor can do in a few minutes.
