After 7 years, 4 months and 13 days, my partner Millie has worked her last shift and officially retires due to ongoing medical issues.
Over the years she has worked with the Police, Customs and most notably the Isle of Man Prison Service, contributing to some significant finds and proving time and again what an incredible working dog she is. She has been a fantastic asset, but more importantly, she has been a loyal partner and an absolute pleasure to work alongside.
I will certainly miss working with my little fluffy diva every day, but I am grateful for all the memories we've shared and proud of everything she has achieved. Now it's time for her to enjoy a long, happy and well-deserved retirement at home with my family.
Well done, Millie. Thank you for everything
Yay Hood and Kush made July. Thanks @The_NFRSA i will be ordering a few of these.
🐾The NFRSA 2027 Calendar is here!🐾
For years, our remarkable service animals have dedicated their lives to protecting communities across the UK.
Now enjoying a well earned retirement, they’re the stars of our brand new 2027 calendar.
Featuring some of the extraordinary dogs and horses from the NFRSA family, each month celebrates the courage, loyalty, and dedication of these true heroes.
Every image has been shared by their families, taken from their own personal collections, unedited by AI, and offering a glimpse into the lives of the remarkable animals at the heart of our work.
With almost 800 retired service animals now part of the NFRSA family, and over £325,000 in grants awarded since 2022, we remain committed to being there when our protectors need us most, and every penny raised from the calendar sales will ensure the continuation of our mission - to Protect Our Protectors.

Tilly feeling a little fragile after getting spayed this morning. Should of had it last month but she had a phantom pregnancy. All went well and she's back home.
RPD Hood really doesn't enjoy these hot days. He just likes to stand in the pool and cool his bits. He's really slowed down this year. Such a gentle old man
I received my long service and good conduct medal today (managed to stay out of trouble for 20 years)
