and this is where the ownership fails to understand that comments about soulless and hopeless are not labelled against the rank and file at the County Ground, it's how the community feel. Massive disconnect, which is unbridgeable with too many supporters now. It's drifting, and there are some nasty rocks about

The last two years has shown that highlighting non-football issues only truly lands if the football isn't going well.
Little has changed since Holloway's arrival apart from the growing chasm between club and everything else plus the increasing debt.
Keep pushing @TrustSTFC.

@TrustSTFC believe that Swindon have reached a "tipping point" with Clem Morfuni's ownership of the club #STFC

The streets don't forget Swindon Town: won their play off & got promoted to the top tier & the EFL relegated them TWO DIVISIONS (one on appeal) for financial dodginess that was nothing to do with footballing matters really.

Another day, another court appearance for Clemente Morfuni.
When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.

It means that if someone who wants to report on it, would like the document from ASIC, they only have to ask me.

After a bit of a ding dong of words Clem told the gentleman with a fairly aggressive and angered tone to shut up and sit down boy, no further questions.
Someone else then said ‘you said what wedge, there’s your wedge.’ To the top table
This brought the evening to a close

On February 16, a fans' forum was announced for the Legends Lounge on April 29.
It is April 27.
Multiple sources have indicated to me over the past month that this won't take place.
I'd presumed there'd be some comms to avoid anyone turning up to a locked door. Like many others, I'd been waiting for that.
It hasn't come, so if you or someone you know has made arrangements to go (including, as I did, around childcare), please don't find yourself out of pocket or having made an unnecessary trip.

Ironically the post below may have been avoided if the photographer was slightly taller: the boxes there all say 'Happy Easter' on top.

#stfc to put this into perspective, Colchester United has debts of £42m over a 20 year period, this debt of £10.3m is over just a 4 year period. With the current debt owed to Clem, being around £12.5m. But he saved our club 🤦♂️

Credit to @acklamjoe for some solid reporting on this.
Yet again, #STFC have misrepresented the truth; @SwindonCouncil are not behind the restrictions in the Town End.
Shameful @Official_STFC.

The ongoing situation with the Town End, the source of much of the CG's atmosphere for decades, is nothing short of a scandal at this point.
Imagine the fallout if this was the Fratton End, the Blackthorn Terrace, the Kop at Meadow Lane or any other of the many, many similar home ends up and down the EFL.
Like getting thrown out of competitions, Clem Morfuni's #STFC are uniquely incompetent, and trailblazing in the contempt they show their own fans.
As a first step to create pressure towards delivering a resolution, yesterday we submitted an FOI request to @swindoncouncil to try and validate the previously stated claims that they are behind the draconian and self-damaging policies the club are continuing to enforce.

Just want to remind people that the club definitely wasn’t for sale and there wasn’t a, you could say, a consortium, trying to buy it.

The question is more like why now and all of a sudden do you need to add allies to the board of the 3 companies that ultimately own STFC?

Swindon Town owner Clem Morfuni’s company Axis Services Group is struck off. Excerpts from the liquidators report make for interesting reading, especially relating to unusual payments and non-cooperation with the liquidator.

Hello everyone,
It's been a while hasn't it? Like all Town fans, we have been thoroughly enjoying watching Ian Holloway's side of late; long may that continue.
We're happy that @KieranMaguire has provided a minor yet important update on the progress of a potential takeover of Swindon Town on the @POF_POD podcast. It may be little in detail but it's crucial for non-#STFC-related people to put their heads above the parapet to provide information when others are not willing to do.
Clem Morfuni has said on multiple occasions that if the appropriate bids came in, he would consider them.
As is known within the wider football industry, those bids have been coming in but we understand that the already-unrealistic valuation continues to rise. This has been ongoing since the Spring, and goes some way in explaining our continued patience and reduced action, with the end justifying the means.
That patience is now wearing thin.
Refusing offers is CM's prerogative but by doing so he continues to put the future of Swindon Town at risk with the ever-increasing debt the club owes to him.
Unfortunately, the form on the field will not change that.
While it is refreshing to see Ollie build a competitive side, our major concerns remain around the off-field operation. Members of back office staff continue to leave, the club's relationship with @TrustSTFC seems as strained as ever and we still await the Advisory Board minutes from mid-August. A well-thought-out County Ground redevelopment seems as distant a dream as ever.
We urge Clem Morfuni and his minority shareholders to put Swindon Town Football Club first, above their own wants, needs and disputes.

I would very much like people who work at Swindon Town Football Club to stop misrepresenting the Nigel Eady money and disrespecting what he did.

Serious operational issues are never far away at Mr Morfuni's #STFC, with two major concerns on the horizon calling into question the CG's viability as an EFL venue ahead of their opening home game next weekend:
🚨After three years of total neglect and a recent lack of investment and upkeep, Swindon Borough Council's Event Safety Advisory Group have identified critical stadium safety upgrades that will cost £250k+ to remedy, including emergency vehicle access.
🚨A local supplier critical to matchday operations and fan safety are owed a six-figure sum, with their very generous patience and goodwill finally running out ahead of this Saturday's fixture.
Holloway, positive summer vibes and other distractions are just that. Distractions. This club is on its knees.
Mr Morfuni is back in the UK this week. Fingers crossed he finally sees sense and realises he is neither fit nor able to continue running our football club.

@KieranMaguire just wondering what grade one of your students would get if they came up with a "business plan" in which the central plank of funding was a League 2 club achieving 2 successive promotions to reach the Championship in the first 4 years? Asking for a bunch of idiots
