Stop trying to control reality. All you need to do is control yourself. You can’t control the direction of the wind, but you can adjust your sails. It’s never about what’s going to happen, but the frequency you’ll show to reality when it does.

The alchemist knows it isn’t that serious. Seriousness locks conditions into place. Playfulness keeps reality mouldable. The moment you become overly serious, consciousness begins treating temporary conditions as permanent facts. A part of your brain called the amygdala purposely over-exaggerates the problems in your life: The amygdala evolved to create a hundred false alarms than miss one real threat to keep you alive. It evolved in a world where underestimating danger meant death. It turns delays into disasters, obstacles into impossibilities, and setbacks into the end of the world. If it can convince you that it is the end of the world then you will manifest the end into existence.

No, you’re not real. You’re just negative and defeated. And that’s okay, but keep that frequency over there. This is my universe.
