Bad take.
Gambling is not evil, and a Restore Britain Government will reduce taxes on the industry. Adults should be free to make their own choices about how they spend their own money - a wild thing for a political party to say, I know. Britain has a successful gambling industry that supports local economies all over the country. In my constituency alone we have horse racing, a greyhound stadium, plenty of arcades and more. We should be encouraging responsible operators to thrive, not taxing them into dust. Problem gambling is an issue and should be properly addressed. But punishing an entire industry, costing thousands of jobs, for the actions of a very small number is not the answer. Restore Britain will back British gambling.

How about the robot is looking down while assembling a Swiss watch with one hand and then, without looking up, catches an oblique 100mph baseball with the other hand? I also like the idea of juggling chainsaws on fire while riding a unicycle.

Sticking plasters over national wounds is not how your run a government. Scrap net zero, Open up North Sea Oil, Reduce tax at the pump, Incentivise petroch investment
I know people are worried about fuel prices. And I get it. You get to the pump, watch the numbers climb, and wonder why it's costing so much more than it used to.   The reality is that global events are pushing up costs, and families here at home are feeling the impact.   But I won't accept that there's nothing I can do to help.   That's why from today, you'll be able to see petrol and diesel prices on Google Maps, compare nearby stations and find the cheapest option before you fill up.   It's a small change, but if there's a practical way to help people keep more money in their pocket, I'll do it.

🇫🇷 France tested a new ballistic missile The Defense Ministry said it carried out the first launch of the M51.3 from a nuclear submarine. The missile carried no nuclear warhead and fell in the northern Atlantic, several hundred kilometers off the coast. President Emmanuel Macron watched the test. The M51 is France’s submarine-launched ballistic missile. Maximum range is 9,000–10,000 km. Launch weight starts at 52 tons.

If this Russian plague is even half as bad as people are saying, there’s a non-zero chance we live in the following timeline: Lockdowns come back. Stimmy checks come back. GTA VI drops at the exact best possible moment. Everyone spends the next year indoors playing GTA, jerking off, gambling on crypto and prediction markets. COVID 2.0 liquidity cycle. Total degeneracy. Except this time, if the disease is actually bad enough that reopening becomes genuinely difficult, the physical economy still has to function. Power plants and the grid still need to stay online. Roads still need to be built. Warehouses still need to run. Mines, factories, construction sites, logistics, data centers and critical infrastructure. None of it can just stop. Enter humanoid robots? They can’t catch the plague. So while everyone is inside jerking off, playing GTA, buying shitcoins and betting on when the lockdowns end, robots quietly start taking over the physical world. At the same time, AI agents keep eating more and more of the white-collar economy. Then a few years pass. Eventually it’s safe for humans to go back outside, except by then two things have happened at once. The robots are cheaper, faster and better at most physical work. Software agents are doing huge chunks of white-collar work with almost no human involvement. And everyone else has spent years getting used to staying home, living on government checks, playing GTA, jerking off, trading shitcoins and gambling on prediction markets. So nobody really goes back. Not because they can’t, but because the economy no longer needs most of them to. The temporary emergency lifestyle quietly becomes permanent. Humans get UBI, stay home, jerk off, play GTA VII, trade shitcoins and gamble on prediction markets while an army of robots, agents and whoever’s still bothered to work keep civilization running.

Prestige System has to be the answer, not Reignited @Jagex Hear me out.. Once you reach level 120, you get the option to Prestige.. it costs 200m. You get nothing more except a new Hiscores page & some cosmetics (Capes etc). Start with the Money Draining Skills first.

I love the world where you could be disruptive on a flight once at 18 years old, then be banned from international travel for life with no fair trial🤣🤣🤣
You know that feeling when you book a flight for 50 quid and somehow it ends up costing 100? Getting seats together, correcting a typo, another charge here and there, it all adds up. When the cost of living is already squeezing people, those endless extras can feel relentless. So we're changing the rules for you. Parents won't need to pay a penny extra just to sit next to their own children. You'll be able to fix any name errors on your booking free of charge. And because the last thing you want once you're on the plane is more stress, we're working with the industry to make sure that disruptive passengers who have been banned from one airline can be banned from flying with other airlines too. I know holidays are expensive and these are small things, but hopefully they'll make your trip just that little bit cheaper and easier. That's exactly the kind of thing I want this government to keep on fixing.

And there would be no @OldSchoolRS without Evolution of Combat (RS3)
There would be no WoW Forever without Oldschool Runescape

Yup. Their next version is going to be awesome. This is the type of tech enhancement competition that capitalism delivers!
This is the type of product that Apple's Vision Pro should have been.

They’ve finally figured out the size & weight
Estos son los nuevos VR Glasses de Meta! Pesan alrededor de 100 gramos, 5 veces menos que el Quest 3 #MetaConnect

I quit my day job. Tabletop Tavern is my full time job as of today. I got to make that call because you all showed up for this game, bought it, posted about it, and told me what you wanted from it. That is the whole reason this is possible. Everything goes into the **Rift of Magic** update this fall. Locking in. Thank you. Truly.❤️
