One of many from this weekend.
When Joy has a vertical lob threat like '27 Dante Otite, it's a fun watch.
2027 @AOAHoops PG Diego Joy needs to be on D1 radars. Brings fantastic balance as a floor general. 6'1" southpaw can make bigs pay in drop coverage on PnR's, operates w/ pace & makes lobs, pocket passes or weakside skips off the live bounce look so routine.

‘27 Diego Joy (@diegojoyyy) of @AOAHoops might be one of the Fall’s biggest stock risers.
The lefty PG runs the show, drills shot from range, and plays with two feet consistently in the paint.
Going to be intrigued to see which (and how many) D1s get in the mix here.
Saturday at Border League East.
Checking in at the Rock Hill Sports & Events Center for Day 2.
Let’s find some future stars.

Catching a bit more of the @WVGoldHoops 17U team. Diego Rojas Joy (@diegojoyyy) is killing right now has had three 3s in a 4 minute span and a couple of steals. Him and @LukeSancomb13 have been killing it as a backcourt despite being severely outsized

Diego Rojas Joy was outstanding in @WVGoldHoops' win over Toronto Select. Finished with 37 points and 8 made 3s running P&R, got downhill consistently, knocked down shots from deep, and showed touch in the mid-range while making quality reads and creating for teammates throughout the game. Navy, Charleston, and several other college programs were in attendance.

📝 @hooplove215 SATURDAY STANDOUT @ Philly Live II
2026 6’1” PG Diego Joy, Jackson-Reed (D.C.)
Chipped in 16 pts, 4 reb, plus a handful of assists + steals in a tight 52-51 win over Notre Dame (Conn.). The 6-1 rising senior played with toughness and high IQ, staying active on both ends, attacking downhill, and finishing through contact. A current D2 prospect with room to rise, Joy saw the court well and was in constant hustle mode all game.
