How Dyad Outperforms Claude Code in Physical Modeling Tests Same frontier model. Nearly identical cost. Dyad scored 0.90 vs. 0.53 in JuliaHub’s internal evaluation. See why the agent’s tools and verification checks matter. Download the white paper: juliahub.com/white-papers/wh…

Then paste the error it produced back into the chat window to fix the bug it created.
“We used to copy and paste the code directly from the ai chatbot”

Every time. This.
sqlite is literally a database in one file. but nah, let’s burn 2GB of ram and a postgres container just to store our shopping list.

Anthropic and OpenAI cannot become profitable unless they can reduce the ratio of training cost to inference profits. In the long run, their survival may depend on outlawing competitive open source models. This can only be done under the guise of safety regulation.

The doomers continue to make zero sense - you don’t need AI to make biological weapons, you need wet labs. That is the real bottleneck - no the AI can’t copy itself, there are no GPUs lying around - yes, you can just unplug AI anytime, if you want - no, the AI simply didn’t attack hugging face! It was literally asked to do so 🤯 They are claiming extremely negative consequences with absolutely no evidence!

As in, run your audio through the pipeline and the system will pick which model best separates the specific stem in the source across the bag of models? So no need to run tests on N number of demucs variations to see which best meets your needs?

The jobs apocalypse is postponed. An AI jobs boom is here According to @TheEconomist, AI is actually proving to be a net job creator in the US, easily generating over 1M new positions (from data center construction to AI engineering) to offset back-office layoffs. While routine admin and customer service roles face real disruption, the overall labor market is proving resilient. economist.com/finance-and-ec…

From a 2009 MIT research project to an open-source language with 1M+ users: Julia now powers work spanning black-hole imaging, drug development, climate modeling, and aircraft design. A great story from @MIT_CSAIL, written by Zach Winn: news.mit.edu/2026/how-mit-re… #JuliaLang #MIT #Dyad #AgenticAI

Theory of constraints breaks down once the software factory deck goes into slide 2 :) Agree studio is way better. Also a real factory has genuine marginal cost on the extra unit; that doesn’t exist in software.

Hey @grok can you schedule my filters to turn on every day at 0 8 * * *?

A study from @Stanford showed that 71.3% of chatgpt queries could be accurately answered by a local model. I suspect a major part of enterprise AI workloads could be run locally too for free (compared to the massive costs of frontier API cost). Also, it reduces the risk of these workloads being taken away from you because you own the models instead of renting them - which sounds like a good idea these days haha. That's why we're introducing the ability for everyone to filter AI models on @huggingface based on your local hardware. For me, there are 800k+ public models that fit on my M5 24GB and that I can use easily thanks to llamacpp. Let's go local AI!

Ha, I totally agree. Generous meaning I wish it was only 70%, it’d give more than a day a week for just models. That’s a luxury 😅 I usually buffer for ~90%.
