UPDATE: The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) has canceled the tsunami warning issued earlier following the magnitude 7.5 quake that struck Taiwan.

DILG has no knowledge nor authority regarding the distribution of the alleged financial aid.
