I'm joining @OpenAI at the end of the month, and I can't wait to get started!
I'll be working on everything related to Codex, bringing what I learned building Codex Monitor, and working with the developer experience team with @romainhuet!
See you there!
Who's going to @OpenAI DevDay Paris today?
I'll be giving a talk on how we manage tech debt at @PayFitEng!
If you're attending, come say hello! 👋
The indie games scene is booming. I never saw that many cool looking games in my timeline I want (and I do) to play them all! The Reddit mind seems to be stuck that as soon as there there is some AI assistance those games need to be discarded. Players and fun factor will tell.
It’s time to think about what shitty app I’m using once a year that hold some 2FA and won’t transfer during iPhone transfer
Our workflow creates a ton of simulators; it’s crazy that Apple is not optimising how simulators work. Each simulator still owns its own Siri model, etc. Completely useless and a waste of space.
Finally
The coding interview is dead, at least for my team at Anthropic. I've seen enough to know that it no longer provides signal. I removed it from loops this month.
I have a spicy, optimistic take - I think there's an opportunity for junior engineers: felixrieseberg.com/hunger-be…

i asked GPT-6.1 Terra to show me its computer use alongside Sol.
here’s my prompt:
“I need you to find a long but generic form on the internet and record my screen while GPT-6.1 Terra fills it out in Fast mode. Then have GPT-6.1 Sol fill out the same form in Fast mode and show both recordings side by side."
in the original run of the same form:
Terra took 53.5 seconds vs 3:21.7 for Sol.
that’s a 2:28.2 difference!
that run used accessibility controls, which computer use normally defaults to)
the recorded video uses mouse controls so you can see the cursor.
GPT-6.1 Terra means business.
Our new fast, efficient model pairs sharper visual reasoning and precise computer use with clearer, more natural writing.
From decoding technical drawings to drafting proposals, filling forms to editing videos—it’s built for the whole workday.
GPT-6.1 Terra is rolling out today to Plus, Pro, Enterprise, and Edu users in ChatGPT Work and Codex.
