Many of you have asked why my name isn't on the ballot. I stayed off because I was promised action. That promise wasn't kept. 1/ My campaign was about holding Republicans accountable for their promises, not getting myself a seat in Washington. From the outset, my position was simple: meet my demands before the election and I would withdraw. Otherwise, I would use my candidacy to help impose electoral consequences. A promise means nothing if breaking it costs nothing. 2/ I won a preliminary injunction in federal court requiring the state to accept my declaration of candidacy. I had more than enough certified signatures. I went to the Secretary of State intending to file. Then I was promised imminent action on one or more of my demands if I stayed off the ballot. I didn't file. The promised action never came. I was lied to. Who made that promise will become clear in the fullness of time. 3/ Near the end of filing, I learned that Ed Laplante of the Constitution Party had qualified for the U.S. Senate ballot in New Hampshire. That mattered because this was never about whether the name on the ballot was Aaron Day. It was about whether voters had a way to make broken promises cost the people who made them. 4/ This isn't a strategy I discovered this year. In 2016, I didn't just run against Kelly Ayotte. I initiated the recruitment of the other TWO third-party congressional candidates, and we pursued ballot access together. Three federal races. Three third-party candidacies. Republicans lost all three. 5/ In my Senate race, I received 17,742 votes. The winning margin was 1,017. The third-party vote also exceeded the winning margin in both House races. That doesn't prove how every voter would have voted without us. It does show that candidates dismissed as irrelevant commanded more votes than separated the winners from the losers. The result was an entirely Democratic New Hampshire congressional delegation. 6/ My wife, Eileen @EileenDay1098 , and I have founded StarkFreedom, building on the work I began with Stark360 in 2014. We're taking this strategy into four swing-state Senate races. Our goal is to cost Republicans control of the Senate by supporting third-party candidates and campaigning against the Republican in each race. Not because Democrats deserve our loyalty. Because Republicans hold power, and keeping it should depend on keeping their promises. 7/ StarkFreedom endorses Ed Laplante for U.S. Senate in New Hampshire and opposes John E. Sununu. I'm asking everyone who supported my candidacy to support Ed. Rasmussen's September 8–10 survey put me at 4% and Ed at 2%. Those aren't votes I can simply hand over. But I believe Ed can exceed 5%, and I'm going to work to help him do it. 8/ We are organizing to deploy up to $2.5 million in independent expenditures across these four races. Our research, polling, legal drafting and content are produced in-house with AI. I used AI tools to help win that preliminary injunction without a lawyer. Now we're applying those capabilities, alongside my experience operating a political committee, to four Senate races. 9/ The accountability ledger isn't complicated: the price of gas, new wars in the Middle East, the continuing war on crypto, and a swamp that was supposed to be drained, with Howard Lutnick still in it. These are the issues Republicans asked voters to trust them on. They don't get to replace that accounting with another lecture about how much worse the Democrats are. If your only argument is that the other party is worse, you haven't explained why you deserve to keep power. 10/ New Hampshire is our first race. I'll announce the other three candidates and states on The Aaron Day Show this Thursday, September 24, at 6 p.m. My name isn't on the ballot. The consequences of breaking promises still can be. If the administration won't respond to the promises it made, will it respond to losing the Senate?

I recently heard something that resonates: "You always want to be: The 1st Son, the 2nd Wife, or the 3rd Broker". Good luck with that. I am still deconstructing why it makes me think enough to share on Social media.

Sununu won't even debate. Scott showed up to Liberty Forum for a candidate event with me. I've never seen Sununu. Sununu thinks he should be anointed. Disqualifying. – at Nashua, NH

USAID ENDS, RAP DISAPPEARS: WAS THE CULTURE BEING ENGINEERED? For the first time in 35 years, rap has disappeared from Billboard’s Top 40. The timing has sparked a bigger question: was USAID funding used to prop up rap music and shape culture, and is that operation now collapsing? If so, this is bigger than music charts. It raises questions about whether rap, degeneracy, and other cultural narratives were artificially amplified to influence public taste and social behavior. With Operation Mockingbird, the CIA infiltrated media and cultural institutions to shape narratives, normalize war, and manufacture consent for expanding government power. There is no proven link between USAID funding and rap’s chart decline. But the coincidence has people asking whether culture has been more engineered than organic all along. Alex Stein (@alexstein99) joins me to break it down.

I regret to inform @SununuSenator, Miriam Adelson, the surveillance/military industrial complex that, in addition to watching New Hampshire's own Attorney General blink first and abandon every argument it filed against me, my US Senate campaign has now certified 3,213 signatures. 213 more than required. Both districts cleared. 37 towns still counting. $17 million. An entire state agency. And their own Attorney General still couldn't make an argument that survived to the deadline. See you in November. Free the Crypto Prisoners. Fire Lutnick. Kill the CLARITY Act. End the Draft.

I don't back down. I don't care who it is. New Hampshire's establishment picked the guy who bailed out banks and voted for warrantless surveillance. I picked a fight with all of them. Watch this. 1/ A federal magistrate just recommended the court order the Secretary of State to put me on the Senate ballot. Pro se. No attorneys. Against the NH AG's office. 2/ Eileen ran the signature drive: 4,851 raw sigs across 140+ towns. Both CDs cleared 1,500. Statewide cleared 3,000. 3/ Sununu filibustered the Patriot Act in December 2005, then voted yes on final passage in March 2006. Voted FISA warrantless surveillance and telecom immunity. Voted TARP. 4/ $17 million in Adelson-linked PAC money behind him. Net worth went from roughly $700K to $36 million after office. 5/ He publicly backs GENIUS and CLARITY. The Senate CLARITY draft deleted the anti-CBDC title and kept statutory seize, freeze, and burn powers. I don't care who it is.

ONE LAPTOP. ZERO LAW FIRM. THE STATE LOST ANYWAY. New Hampshire's Attorney General's office brought the full weight of the state against a pro se candidate contesting his own ballot access. Watch this. 1/ My legal team was AI. No law firm, no billable hours. 2/ The AG's office had an entire agency of career litigators against me. 3/ A federal magistrate judge has recommended the court order New Hampshire to put me on the Senate ballot. 4/ This is a recommended ruling, not a final order. The district judge decides. 5/ Eileen Day ran the ground campaign, 4,851 signatures across 140 towns, that made this fight real.

More coverage of our victory in Federal Court.
A U.S. Magistrate in New Hampshire has recommended a federal judge order Aaron Day placed on the ballot, a court intervention that could directly shape who appears as a candidate in the state.

🚨BREAKING: Candidate uses AI to win in Federal Court. "Now that's a moonshot, ladies and gentlemen!" @PeterDiamandis @DaveBlundin @DaveBlundin @salimismail @alexwg @natebjones
I just beat the NH Attorney General's office in federal court. No lawyers. No law firm. I represented myself, and my legal team was AI. The federal magistrate judge recommended granting my preliminary injunction: the Secretary of State should be ordered to accept my Declaration of Intent and put me on the US Senate ballot. Their office had every resource of the State. I had a laptop. The State gets 7 days to object. Bring it. Full story tonight, 8 PM ET, on The Aaron Day Show.

Looks like @AaronRDay could make it onto the N.H. ballot as an independent candidate for US Senate after all. A magistrate just recommended that the federal court issue a preliminary injunction in Day's favor. storage.courtlistener.com/re…

The worst AI will ever be is today's AI. Tomorrow, better. And the gap between those who learn to use it and those who wait will compound. Aaron Day's story is a powerful example of what's already possible. You don't need to become an AI expert. You need to start using it.
