The 7 year old girl who came to this country in 1997, who learned English from Reading Rainbow and kindness from Mr. Rogers, could never have imagined that one day, her face would appear on that very same screen—speaking back to the country that shaped her.

I’m here to sound the alarm again today as I’ve been doing since 2016.
We are in a dire situation when a performer is pulled from a tour for simply calling out genocide in Gaza.

I ran on funding our babies, not bombs and that’s exactly how I’ll vote in Congress 🫡

A record number of Democrats voted to stop sending more aid to Israel.
This didn't happen by accident. It happened because millions of people spoke out, organized, and refused to stay silent.
Our movement is making a difference. Keep organizing. Keep building power.

BREAKING: A majority of Democrats in the House have just voted to cut the $3.3 billion/year in U.S. military aid to Israel.
Rep. Thomas Massie – the leader of the amendment – was the only Republican in support.
🚨House Democrats just voted 103-98, with 10 voting "present," to eliminate all aid to Israel.
Proposing this a few years ago would practically have gotten you censured. Cutting off all aid to Israel is now the majority position inside the House Democratic caucus.
Nearly every Republican voted with Israel, making the final vote 314 - 104 in favor of Israel (with 10 present).

Now here's something that doesn't fit the usual narrative: @ZohranKMamdani is significantly more popular than Netanyahu among Jewish-Americans.
While most unions played it safe in New York’s recent elections, UAW Region 9A and its director, Brandon Mancilla, took big swings in supporting progressive and socialist insurgent candidates like Claire Valdez and Darializa Avila Chevalier — and won. jacobin.com/2026/07/mancilla…

Today, the East Coast, next week the Mountain West.
Melat Kiros is facing AIPAC and moneyed special interests. More than fundraising, right now, her campaign asks that you make calls to reach Colorado working class voters.

Incredible win for the anti caste movement!!! @david4queens is a champion of caste protection policies and defeated Jenifer Rajkumar who blocked the anti caste bill and is known to take money from the Hindu right and AIPAC.

Palestine has become a litmus test in Democratic primaries.
If AIPAC can buy your soul on genocide, on the defining moral issue of our time, voters now take it as proof you can be bought on literally anything.
Claire Valdez, Darializa Avila Chevalier, and Brad Lander proved running for Palestinian rights and social and economic justice is a winning platform. Let this be a lesson for others.
This is the Mamdani earthquake.
Will it transform the Democratic Party? Doubt it, it’s still funded by corporate donors obsessed with war, and they’ll stop at nothing to push back in very dirty ways. But it definitely throws a wrench into their machine and gives us some great people in Congress with actual power to make a few changes to our rotten system.
What a wonderful thing to watch from Lebanon. These three in Congress definitely won’t be supporting an Israeli war here.

The one and only @RBReich: “I’m voting for Tom Steyer.”
Here’s why 👇🏻

When the history of 21st century America is written, @BernieSanders will be seen as one of the most consequential leaders who built a movement to transform an unfair and lopsided economic and political system. Worth reading @ShaneGoldmacher piece.
NYT: Bernie Sanders said in an interview that at 84, his days as one of the defining faces of progressivism in America are numbered, so he is working to help elect as many like-minded allies as possible up and down the ballot, from county commissions to the Senate.
“By the time I’m 104 and serving my 8th term in the U.S. Senate — that’s a joke,” Mr. Sanders said, pausing for effect. “Yes of course, we’re building a movement for the future.”
