Hi @Ocado . Have just had my delivery but 2 chilled items were damaged because the packers put heavier items on top of them which broke the cellophane seal. Am housebound so won't get these items now for Christmas - I needed both. Have sent you DM

It was ONE letter, sent by the Tory Northamptonshire council in January this year. The council apologised 3 days later. Stop trying to make something out of something that isn't happening to anyone but happened to this ONE couple that then received an apology!!!

Hello @Ocado . In your effort to save the use of plastic bags why do your delivery order packers put ONE item in a bag which we are charged for but which we can't return until the next time we have a delivery? What if we don't have another delivery? I had my own bags 1/2

Ooooh Jeremy Hunt is going to cure all my long-term illnesses and disabilities. Yay! Can't wait to have a fully functioning life again. If only I'd known he had such powers I wouldn't have wasted so much time with medical specialists that have been unable to cure me. Wow!
Ah see...If you had half a brain you'd know that this was a sarcastic comment in response to the Chancellor's comment in Parliament on 17/12/23 that he was going to change the disability benefits so more disabled people can work. Sarcasm was that he's going to cure everyone 1/2
