Unusual post for me, it has taken a lot for me to do this so please be kind 🤍 this is my granddaughter Evie~Mai she is 17 years old, we recently found out she has been suffering with a ketamine addiction, ketamine is a pandemic in the UK currently, it is an evil drug kids as young as 10 years old are currently addicted to this drug 💔 Evie~Mai is now in rehab in Cyprus for at least 2 months, there is no means whatsoever in the UK for under 18s to get rehab, Evie~Mai is 18 on December 3rd, she would not have made it to her 18th birthday if we had left her waiting, fortunately as a family we have managed to fund an awful lot of money to help her for 2 months but feel she will need longer, my daughter is now raising money for other children who are not so fortunate to try and get them help, please help in anyway if you can via the link 🔗 gofund.me/8744d8fbd Evie~Mai spent her 1st day in Cyprus in hospital as she collapsed and was very poorly, she now starts her rehab tomorrow and I’m praying with everything I have she gets better and all the other kids out there get the help they do desperately need 🤍

I have been trying to contact you all morning regarding what happened to my daughter at your store in Glasgow .
She purchased a meal with gravy at 3am this morning , when opened the sauce it exploded and burned her leg and hand severely , she tried to access your toilets to put cold water on the burns but they were locked , she then chapped a door to alert staff and get help and assistance bus was told to go away and the door was slammed in her face .
I expect you to get in touch with me as a matter of urgency ..
