I keep seeing people complaining about other people being on their phones at the gym LOL but these same people are watching, other, people, on, their, phones?! 🤔 Who’s actually focused and who’s not? What if someone is resting between sets (like you should)? What if someone is watching a full movie while running 13miles? Is that “acceptable” ?
