Clean money is hard-earned, but it builds a lasting legacy and creates more jobs.
Shortcuts look tempting, but they always come with a cost. Fixing problems later is almost always more expensive than doing the work properly the first time. Skip the right foundations and, before long, cracks, mould, and other issues start eating into the dream house e.g Eastleigh building— especially in places with tough conditions.
We don’t take shortcuts. Every project we handle is done by professionals. We’d rather walk away from a job than cut corners to fit a tight budget and then lose the client (and future ones) because of a poor result.
One solid, well-done project brings more clients who want the same quality. That’s the trade-off we choose every time.

Kenyans have the best skills the only thing lacking is management for their skills to have a meaning.
Shida ya kenyans is they don’t believe in Kenyans. I always tell people Kenyan professionals rank amongst the best in the world thats why it’s rare to see a kenyan being fired when they chose to work abroad. Most of them retire or resign but not fired.. I pitty you if you think we are not good enough.
Personally I have built better A-Frame cabins at that price and I can say these couple wamechotwa na mchinku.
Wueh!

To lower divorce rates and build more stable marriages, we need more educated and successful women than men. Only a small share of highly capable men is needed to lead.
Successful, exposed women often seek partnership and become more submissive, even contributing financially.
Men can gain practical skills on the street and still outperform many formally educated women.
Uneducated and unsuccessful women create the biggest risk to stable homes.
This results in economic stagnation, the government needs stable marriages where men can work to provide and in return they pay taxes.

The curiosity and doubt are doing exactly what they’re supposed to, people always dig deeper when something feels a little mysterious.
Plus the English version is about to open the doors to a much bigger audience.
And Kenyans are bsolute geniuses. Barely 24 hours in and we’re already cooking up even more advanced versions of the song 🇰🇪
