Hi @British_Airways, how can I get an update on my outstanding case? Your Customer Service team doesn't appear to offer phone support, and communication has been virtually non-existent. The whole claims process has been incredibly frustrating. Could someone please provide an update?

Currently stranded in Dubai after BA cancelled my flight. Airspace disruption overnight, explosions heard and emergency alerts blasting through phones. Hotel extended my stay for now — just no idea when or how I’m getting home.
Be nice if @British_Airways had phone lines open with local numbers ?? But no just strand me here with no info asking if i want a refund?
Why are these not banned from the streets @MayorofLondon ?
