The #EuropeanUnion’s “trusted partner” #Azerbaijan overpromised and severely underdelivered natural gas immediately following the ceasefire with #NagornoKarabakh/#Armenia.
AZ promised a ridiculous amount of gas, in exchange for the EU’s silence on war crimes, beheadings, civilian infrastructure/city bombings by AZ to NK, modern day ethnic cleansing of 120k Armenians, kidnappings, the list goes on.
The total percentage of gas delivered to EU by AZ was roughly 3%. EU sold its morality for 3%. Read that again… 3%
