1/ Holding a memecoin usually means betting on its price. USDZEUS is a dollar that earns from ZEUS volatility instead, without exposure to the ZEUS price. How it works ↓

The answer comes on Saturday. With USDT, the interest on the reserve goes to the issuer. With USDZEUS, it goes to the stakers: Aave interest and ZEUS pool fees, every 3 days, onchain.
Quick one.. How much do you think Tether made in 2025 from the dollars people held in USDT? Answer on Saturday!

How a 100 USDC mint of USDZEUS works. At least 90 USDC goes to a reserve on Aave. Up to 10 USDC becomes permanent liquidity in the ETH/ZEUS pool. Stakers get the Aave interest and the pool fees. AMA with the team: Thu Nov 12, 18:00 UTC.
Who keeps the yield on your stablecoins? 🤔

The issuer puts every dollar you hold in a stablecoin into US Treasury bills and similar assets, and keeps the interest.
There is an estimated $307 billion in stablecoins in circulation. Tether alone made more than $10 billion in 2025! It’s BIG business, yet the people holding them earn literally ZERO.

Hyperliquid decided that had to change! 🤨

With aligned quote assets (AQAv2), live since 26th August.. The USDC issuer shares about 90% of the yield on roughly $5 billion held on Hyperliquid. That money goes back into the ecosystem through HYPE token buybacks.

It’s now commonly referred to as an aligned stablecoin: a dollar whose yield flows back to the community that uses it.🤓 Pretty cool right!

Hyperliquid was able to negotiate this because it's huge. But how does a small community get its own aligned dollar? They can't just meet with Circle and ask for the same deal. 🤔

For the next four weeks I'm following one experiment that tries to answer exactly that: USDZEUS, built on dollarize. fun with the ZEUS community on Ethereum.

I'll be explaining: 👉🏼 How it works 👉🏼 Where the yield comes from 👉🏼 Potential pitfalls Then next Thursday 12th at 6pm UTC Queen Talks is back..Yay! I’ll be talking to the people who built it.

What would you ask them? Drop it below.  In the meantime check out the link in the comments for more. *Paid partnership with dollarize. Not financial advice.

Stablecoin issuers lend out the dollars behind each token and keep the interest. USDZEUS pays that yield to the people who stake it: Aave interest plus the ZEUS pool fees, every 3 days. @ukcryptoqueen is covering it on X for the next four weeks.
Did you know that stablecoins earn yield every single day? You just never get your share of it! That’s about to change. Tomorrow I’ll be breaking down.. 👉🏼 Who keeps it 👉🏼 How much it is And the one big eco system that’s decided to take it back 🤨 Make sure you’re following for more. @dollarize_fun *paid partnership with dollarize. Pastanaga explains USDZEUS in Spanish. Mint with USDC, stake USDZEUS, and take a share of the Aave interest and the ZEUS pool fees. Redeem for USDC from the reserve.

Jordi's breakdown of USDZEUS. While the reserve is below 100%, half of each harvest goes to the reserve. Above 100%, the yield goes to stakers. Full video: youtube.com/watch?v=ORNYM8ep…
Your stablecoins earn yield every day. You just never see it. Tether makes billions every year from its reserves, but none of that yield goes directly to holders. I made a video about USDZEUS, an interesting experiment by my friends in @dollarize_fun that takes a different approach. For every $100 USDC deposited: > $90 goes to @aave to generate yield. > $10 is permanently allocated to @Uniswap liquidity, which cannot be rugged by withdrawing it. > Stakers receive rewards from Aave interest and trading fees. While reserves remain below 100% backing, half of each harvest recapitalizes the stablecoin. Once fully backed, the yield can flow entirely to stakers. What I find particularly interesting: > The model can be replicated across other memecoin communities. > In the future, the 10% liquidity allocation could rotate between different memecoins. Of course, there are risks: 90% initial reserve backing and dependence on trading volume. But I like the concept. Curious to see how it evolves.

OnePay and Tempo announced their partnership on Apr 28, 2026. OnePay also plans to run a validator on Tempo. Stablecoins on Tempo: $745M on Oct 31, per DefiLlama. Base holds $5.05B. Ethereum holds $140.34B.
If you get paid in stablecoins, you’ve probably had to run that money through an exchange before you could spend it. Now you can send USDC straight to OnePay, and it lands in the same Checking balance you already use for bills and sending money.
